Why I Built Northstar

I'm a nerd who saw a need.

When a patient asks, "What happens next?" you want time to sit with them, explain the plan, and answer every question. I built Northstar to give Oncologists and nurses more of that time.

Oncology practices carry heavy clinical, workflow and billing complexity: weight-based doses, single-dose vials, lab results that must be in before treatment, and claims that depend on every detail being right. Northstar keeps each patient's care together across the exam room, the lab and the infusion suite, and billing starts from the care that was documented.

Northstar focuses on the work that slows oncology practices down: re-keying documentation into billing, chasing lab results before treatment, and getting drug units and waste modifiers right on every claim.

Everything on this website is something Northstar does today, and I'd rather show you than tell you.
